From Our Farm in Melaka

Straits begins with coconut harvested from the farm we work in Machap Baru, Melaka.

The coconut is grated fresh and used to make a biscuit built around the ingredient itself.

There are easier ways to make something coconut-flavoured.

We wanted to make a biscuit where you could actually taste the coconut.

Straits Biscuits are prepared in batches after orders are received.

They are baked, cooled completely, individually wrapped and carefully packed before leaving us in Melaka.
