Delivery Services: Convenient Delivery to Your Doorstep

We take pride in delivering all livestock and products safely and efficiently to your doorstep. Every delivery is handled with great care to ensure the safety, health, and well-being of your chickens and products during transit.

Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver to all states in Malaysia except Sabah, Sarawak and Islands.
  • Delivery zones are determined based on logistics and the ability to maintain high standards of care during transport.

Delivery Timing

  • Deliveries are scheduled during cooler parts of the day to minimize stress on live poultry and ensure optimal conditions.
  • Customers will receive updates on delivery dates and expected arrival times through email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Delivery Charges

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. The charges will be displayed during the checkout process.
  • Discounts or promotions on delivery may apply for bulk or high-value orders (check our website for updates).

Safe Transport

  • Live poultry is transported in specialized crates or packaging designed to ensure comfort, ventilation, and protection.
  • For customers purchasing eggs or non-livestock products, we use secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Farm Pickup: By Appointment Only

For those who prefer to pick up their orders, we offer farm pickup by appointment. This allows us to maintain a calm and biosecure environment for our livestock while ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for visitors.

Pickup Guidelines

  • Customers must schedule an appointment at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Detailed directions to our farm will be provided upon confirmation of your appointment.
  • Please bring a copy of your order confirmation (digital or printed) for verification.

Biosecurity Practices

  • To protect our livestock and farm environment, we do not allow unscheduled visits or walk-ins.
  • Visitors are required to adhere to strict biosecurity measures, including sanitizing footwear and avoiding contact with other poultry before visiting.
  • Entry is restricted to specific areas of the farm to prevent contamination and ensure the well-being of all animals.

Important Information

  1. Delivery Policy for Live Poultry

    • Live poultry orders are handled with the utmost care, and we guarantee they leave our farm in healthy condition.
    • Upon delivery, please inspect the livestock immediately and report any concerns within 24 hours to +60169051005 or info@grovehomestead.com.
  2. Delivery Policy for Non-Livestock Products

    • Non-livestock items such as feed, accessories, or equipment will be shipped with trusted carriers to ensure timely and safe delivery.
  3. Returns for Delivery Issues

    • In the rare event of delivery damage to non-livestock products, please contact us immediately with photos and details for a resolution.
  4. Timeliness & Communication

    • We strive to deliver on time but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by weather, road conditions, or third-party logistics.
    • You will be notified promptly of any changes to your delivery schedule.
