These terms apply to purchases and use of grovehomestead.com, together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Placing an Order

Please provide accurate contact, payment and delivery details, and review your order before completing checkout.

Orders are subject to payment confirmation and availability. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund any payment for items we cannot supply.

If a material pricing or product-description error affects your order, we will explain the error and offer you the choice of proceeding on the corrected basis or cancelling the affected items for a refund. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement.

Prices and Payment

Prices are in Malaysian ringgit unless otherwise stated. Applicable delivery charges and taxes are shown before payment.

Payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. Promotions apply according to their stated conditions.

Our Food Products

Our biscuits are made using natural ingredients. Small variations in colour, shape and texture may occur between batches without affecting the product’s quality.

Please review the ingredient, allergen and storage information provided for each product. If you have an allergy or dietary requirement and need clarification, contact us before ordering. Do not assume a product is free from an allergen unless expressly stated.

Product photographs are illustrative, but products must correspond with their description.

Shipping, Cancellations and Returns

Our Shipping Policy explains preparation times, delivery estimates and coverage. Our Return and Refund Policy explains cancellation requests and how we handle damaged, incorrect or faulty products.

Digital Products

Where offered, digital downloads are supplied for personal use unless another licence is stated. You may not redistribute, resell or publicly share the files without permission.

Change-of-mind refunds are unavailable once a digital product has been supplied. If a file is inaccessible, defective or materially different from its description, contact us for assistance and any remedy required by law.

Using Our Website

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders or use another person’s details without authority.

Our photographs, branding, written materials and digital products belong to Grove or their respective owners. Commercial copying or reuse requires permission unless otherwise permitted by law.
