From Our Farm in Melaka

Straits begins with coconut harvested from the farm we work in Machap Baru, Melaka.

It is grated fresh and used to make the biscuit around one simple idea: the coconut itself should still be recognisable when you take a bite.

There are easier ways to make something coconut-flavoured.

We wanted to make a biscuit where you could actually taste the coconut.

Freshly Made

Straits Biscuits are prepared in batches after orders are received.

The biscuits are baked, cooled completely, individually wrapped and carefully packed before leaving us in Melaka.
