Live Poultry:

We offer a return and refund policy for non-livestock items under certain conditions, as described below.

We accept returns for non-livestock products if the following conditions are met:

Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. -
After 30 Days of Purchase:
Returns made after 30 days will only be eligible for store credit. -
Unused Items in Original Packaging:
The product must be in its original, unopened packaging, and in unused, sellable condition. Opened or used items may not qualify for a refund or exchange unless deemed defective.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned:
- Live animals (e.g., poultry, chicks, or eggs).
- Perishable goods (e.g., feed, supplements, or any consumable products).
How to Return an Item

Refunds
For Approved Returns:
